Baby Silkie Issue

Hey guys!

My Silkies hatched about 3 days ago, I’ve got a runt who had some crust on his bum so I wiped it clean. I then noticed what seems to look like a prolapse? It’s a tiny pink bump under his cloaca. I’m guessing it’s where the yolk was absorbed? It looks like his innards are poking out. Is this okay? Will it go back in?

Do you have pictures? Keep watching the butt and clean it regularly so it doesn't get blocked. It sounds like pasty butt.
