Baby silkie won't open its eye

Hello!
First time chicken owner here, so everything's new to me. My littlest and favorite chick won't open one of her eyes today. It's not stuck shut, she just won't open it. I removed a bit of debri or something from the other eye earlier today and then this closed eye has now got some goop coming out of it. Does anyone know what this could be and how to fix it? If there is some sort of natural solution, I would love to hear it too!

Also, she seems a bit more lethargic and hanging out by the heat lamp more than normal. I've been encouraging her to drink, but I don't know what else to do...

Update: I just picked it up and thought there was something stuck to it's chest. There wasn't. It's missing all the feathers on a section of it's chest. It just feels like a callous there.

Anyone out there have any ideas?
