Baby turkey loosing chest feathers

Hello all!

First time raising turkeys and mine are about 4 weeks old. I have 2 of them on pine shavings in a brooder, no wires. The one is starting to loose his chest feathers and feathers in other random places. The only thing I can think of is they are growing big and frequently try to jump out of the brooder. Any other ideas as to what this can be? What can I do to help the poor baby?

He may be going thru one of the several molts before they get adult feathers. Or make sure the other is not picking a few and eating them
