Please help backward Jane

Our chicks are 2.5 weeks old now. Everyone is doing well except for Jane. She is a Silkie chick and is definitely the runt. She had pasty butt for about a week but that has now cleared up. This morning I noticed that she is running backward. She puts her head down, although it's never held very high, and runs backward. She is still very tiny and smaller than the others. Sometimes she sits with her head down. She can walk forward very well but goes backward most of the time. Help, please.
