I'm having some difficulty visualizing the leg issue, mechanically: can she bend at the hock normally? Is the leg also rotated to the side? is the hock joint normal or is it swollen, etc?

Have you already ruled out a slipped tendon?

If she's not able to stand, I'd get her into a chair/sling right away so she can at least begin to try to use the leg normally and build strength in it. Leg issues need to be addressed quickly for the best chance of a good outcome. If an avian vet's an option, that would be ideal.
