Bad eye

My chicken has a bad eye. She's eating and drinking fine. I just noticed it and I'm not sure how long it's been like this. She's in a coop with 11 other hens. What does it look like to you? Or has anyone seen this before? What do I do for her? I have put coilodial silver on it today.
