Bait for a Racoon Trap

    So i've had my live trap for a couple days and we put some marshmellows inside but still we have nothing. What can I use for bait??

    i used little fish fillays. you could also try chicken tenders. ive also heard that if you put something shiny in there they will try to get it.(maybe a flashy fishing lure)

    Peanut butter and sardines. The smell brings them in.

    Yeah, tie the can to the trap so they can't just reach in and get them.

    something really smelly (rotten fish [​IMG] ) but their favorite food is marshmallows. they LOVE them or anything sweet
