Bald chick butt?

Hello again! So, since the mishap of losing my other chicks, I decided to go ahead and get four more. I got them from tractor supply, and upon getting them home I noticed that one has a bald, swollen butt? I’ve attached a picture below. What is this, and how can I fix it???

Sometimes chicks get poop stuck to their butts, almost looks like that’s what happened and someone pulled it off. It actually doesn’t look to bad. Really nothing to do, just let them grow up.
