I've had a chicken whos been broody for a little while now but I went to pick her up and noticed all of her chest/belly is bald and I'm freakinh out. Is this normal? I know broody chickens tend to pull out some feathers to make a nest but I haven't even seen any where she's been sitting. Her skin looks normal. Just wondering if I should be concernee or if i should be looking out for other things?

That sounds normal for a broody to have a bald belly and chest to be able to keep the eggs more in direct contact with her skin. Welcome to BYC.
