This is our current favorite recipe! This feeds two people with some left overs! Bang Bang Chicken! Ingredients 1/2 lb of spaghetti 4-5 boneless chicken tenderloins, chopped 1 1/2 Tablespoons olive oil 3 cloves garlic, minced 3 tsp paprika 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley Black pepper to taste For the Sauce 1 cup of Hellmans mayonnaise 1 cup Thai sweet chili sauce (in the asian isle) 4 cloves garlic, minced 4 Tablespoons of lime juice 1/2 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes 1tablespoon onion powder Instructions Cook pasta, drain ( I do this while cooking chicken). Place the uncooked chicken in a medium bowl, add the paprika, 3 cloves of garlic, pepper, toss so chicken is coated (or toss together directly in skillet) In a large skillet, on medium high heat, add the coated uncooked, coated chicken. In a large bowl, mix all 'sauce' ingredients together then set aside. Stir constantly while cooking until no longer pink- about 10 minutes Remove from heat and set aside. Add cooked (and drained) pasta to the skillet, along with sauce. Stir well and enjoy! Sometimes I also toss some broccoli in with the chicken (once its cooked). It works well with the flavor! Can sub shrimp for chicken. Enjoy!
