Bang Bang Chicken

This is our current favorite recipe! This feeds two people with some left overs!

Bang Bang Chicken!

  • 1/2 lb of spaghetti
  • 4-5 boneless chicken tenderloins, chopped
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tsp paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh parsley
  • Black pepper to taste
For the Sauce
  • 1 cup of Hellmans mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Thai sweet chili sauce (in the asian isle)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 Tablespoons of lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1tablespoon onion powder

  1. Cook pasta, drain ( I do this while cooking chicken).
  2. Place the uncooked chicken in a medium bowl, add the paprika, 3 cloves of garlic, pepper, toss so chicken is coated (or toss together directly in skillet)
  3. In a large skillet, on medium high heat, add the coated uncooked, coated chicken.
  4. In a large bowl, mix all 'sauce' ingredients together then set aside.
  5. Stir constantly while cooking until no longer pink- about 10 minutes
  6. Remove from heat and set aside.
  7. Add cooked (and drained) pasta to the skillet, along with sauce. Stir well and enjoy!
Sometimes I also toss some broccoli in with the chicken (once its cooked). It works well with the flavor!

Can sub shrimp for chicken.
