hi He is not mean to the hens as far as i can see i never see him going after the hens and actually we have 2 bared cochin roos available we live in Jefferson maine NEar Damariscotta i could meet you somewhere with them or him if you want.

i am interested in taking him Dorothy! I work in Augusta, so meeting wouldn't be a problem. Do you have 1 or 2 laying hens you are willing to part with? one of my silver-laced wyandottes just got mauled by a hawk. Obviously, I'm very upset. hoping a rooster will help the guinea protect the small flock.
