    Better pictures would help. There are lots of breeds that start of black and white as chicks...

    This is him/her at a week. It's head is tiny and wings extend passed its tail! It's wings are not symmetrical in color, one is white tipped.

    The little dark one might be a japanese bantam- they have the dragging wings that way. For reference, here are two of my 1.5 week old japanese banties:

    Thank you ChickenHermit! I think and hope you are right. As I watch him/her run around his/her little tail stands straight up!
