I have bantam buff cochins from a very reputable breeder. They are not laying yet but will be happy to offer you some when they do.

buzzard chick I would love some, I can wait. I dont suppose you ship live birds? I can buy hatching eggs. How old are your cochins? My blacks usually start laying around 9 months.

4-H chicken mom I would love to see a pic of your birds

I do ship live birds and if you want me to hatch I can. They are about 10 months old. The weather from fall to now has been crazy. They molted late it was warm then cold the molted again and most are still filling out! They are beautiful though I've never seen such fluff and they are the sweetest things. They have great type and the roosters are sweet and have great combs and color. E-mail me and I can send pictures. Let me know what you would like to do and I'll get in touch with you as soon as they are laying. I have 4 hens and two roosters.

tiki224 I will get pics tomorrow, but I only have two hens. I just did a fertile egg test and both are fertile. Depending on how many eggs you want, it would take me a week to collect a doz. I would have to check to see how long we can keep eggs for. [IMG]
