Our one month old black bantam chick has smooth feathers with a grey chin and a grey stripe running down the center of her breast. No comb is visible yet but new black feathers are emerging in an orderly row along the top of her head resembling a crest. This chick came from assorted bantam bin at Coastal Farm and Ranch.
Any idea of what breed she may be?
