Bantam chicks

I got 4 one week old Bantam chicks yesterday. They are so tiny! I've had Bantams before but not to raise by hand. The momma hen took care of them. This time I'm the momma. Anything different from raising regular size chicks (RIR, and Leghorns) I should know?

What kind of Bantams are they? I bought them straight run so I don't know which are pullets or cockerels.
