Bought home these adorable bantams a few days ago. They came out of a bin that said mixed varieties. Would it be possible by their coloring to tell what breed they are?

Quote:I am pretty new to chicken raising, what two breeds would result in an old English bantam? That same chick reminds me of the coloring of one of my easter eggers, very chipmunky.

Quote:Wow Thank You! Can you tell by their size how old they might be? The farm store here wasnt very knowledgable about the chicks.
