Hoping someone can help me sex my 2 bantam cochins. I'm pretty confident that the partridge is a pullet, but a little less sure about the frizzle. Its comb is slightly bigger and slightly more pink but definitely not red. They are at least 5 weeks as I got them 4 weeks ago and they were already feathering, but I'm not sure their exact hatch date. I'm also wondering if the turken chick I have can be sexed by its comb also? I got it at the same time, but it seemed to be newly hatched when I got it 4 weeks ago, so maybe a bit younger than the cochins. 1022191857a.jpg 1022191857a.jpg 1022191858a.jpg

I think all are pullets but I think you will have to wait a little longer to tell what the white frizzle is.

Thanks! So turkens can hypothetically be sexed by their combs too?

Yes. Most chickens can. I don’t see any obvious cockerels but they’re a bit young to sex properly. I’d post back in 3 weeks just to be sure.
