Bantam Cochin Gender

I know that my chick is young but based on the illustrations I have seen about Cochin development, I really thought my two Cochins were female. This one is about 19 days old now and has wattles that appear to have red/pink color to them. Is this most likely a rooster?

A bit too young to know for sure, but I'm definitely leaning towards cockerel.

For wattles to appear at that age it is most likely you have a little cockerel there. I could sex mine by a month old:

Most likely cockerel at that age, as others have said, still fairly young, though maybe for other (more professional gender guessers) pictures without the red light would help.
