Bantam Cochin Pullet

Does anone know what kind of cross this might be? She hatched from a batch of eggs that were supposed to be mille fleur, but obviously she is not.

Mottled-partridge something? Many colors/genetics go into making mf cochins. Its possible she may be split for it.

I like her coloring though!

I'm thinking that would be a Birchen Cochin, or possibly a Pencil Laced. You could ask your breeder what other variety's they have going on. She's beautiful!!!!

Her pattern is a lot like a Partridge. Is her color more brown gold or gray? If brown gold, probably a Partridge, if Gray, one of the other two I mentioned in my previous post.

She's silver pencilled. I have ended up with a similar pattern from crossing colors, but she looks really nice.
