Bantam Cochins

I ordered black and partridge Cochins, but there is one (assuming and extra) that looks different. It definitely looks like a Cochin, just not a black or partridge one. To me, it looks a lot like gold lace. Here is a pic of a black Cochin bantam chick and the mystery one above.

    Mottled chicks have more white on them. I'm thinking gold laced and a black.

    Yes, the bottom one is a black. The top one is the one in question. To me I would guess it’s a gold laced Cochin bantam.
