Here in NJ, Tractor Supply Co. always gets several shipments of mixed bantams each spring. A high percentage of these shipments are made up of EE bantams. Do you have TSC in Ca.? I'm not certain which hatchery our TSC gets chicks from.

We have TSC here. With my luck I'd get all cocks...lol

my pet chickens are exspensive, but seem to have good quality birds. it would be ,much cheaper to get them at tsc

Just wanted to share a pic of the bantam EE's that we had mother raised this spring. Sadly due to space we had to down size the number of birds and the types we were breeding and this was one of the "projects" we scrubbed.

I have a lovely bantam white EE hen with glints of gold in her feathers. (She's one member of a really mixed flock of standard and bantam chickens of lots of different breeds, plus geese ducks and turkeys. She's gone broody a couple of times, too.
