I have some porcelain bantam eggs that are at the end of day 17. I have read that they hatch a day or two early, if so when should I stop turning? thanks!

I usually stop turning even my standard size eggs on day 17. Stopping turning a few hours early won't hurt them at all. There are even some hatchers out there that stop turning day 14 (I wouldn't recommend it though)

Most chicken eggs will hatch at between 19 and 21 days.

So I stopped the turning and will be turning the humidity up soon. They are on day 18.

I am one of those that stop turning at the end of day 13 so they are at rest at day 14, except candling. Eggs don't NEED to be turned after 2 weeks, but there is nothing wrong with either method. I don't go into "lockdown" (ok, I don't do lockdown, technically) until day 18. I guess you can say I stop turning at day 14 and raise humidity at day 18. (With 90-100% hatch rates, tyvm.) Even with bantams usually- and there are exceptions to EVERYTHING, they don't hatch earlier than day 18. Earliest I have ever had a pip was late day 18 and no hatchers until 19. I have never gone into lockdown early and wouldn't unless I had an early pipper.

Ok, is this with bantams or regular chickens or both?

Both. My hatches run early cause my bator stays a tad warm, so both my banties and standards usually hatch out day 19/20 instead of 20/21

I like to have them hatch a tad early--- day 19/20, like Amy said.
