Goodness it's been awhile since I've posted (took a nice break to focus on the farm). Anyways, I went into Orsheln for potting soil and well they had the little guys marked down to $2 a piece so of course I had to take all 10😅 I am clueless when it comes to Bantam identification because well I have never had Bantams. They said they get their birds from Estes Hatchery in Vermont and according to the Estes website these are the Bantam breeds they have: Black Cochin, B.B. Red Old English, Buff Cochin, Golden Seabright, Millie Fleur, Partridge Cochin, Porcelain D’uncle, Red Cochin, Silkies (assorted colors), Silver Duckwing, Silver Seabright, White Black Tailed Jap.

Chick #1 (clean legs):

Note: Chick #1 had wry neck (couldn't even lift it's neck when it was at the store and was flopping around like a fish out of water by the time it got home) which is why it looks a little slumpy in the picture, but after some vitamins overnight it's up and running around today.

Chick #2 (feathered feet):

Welcome back!

1. OEGB
2. Black Cochin
3. Black Cochin
4. Black (maybe blue) Cochin
5. Gold Laced Sebright
6. Porcelain d'Uccle
7. Red (maybe buff) Cochin
8. OEGB
9. OEGB
10. OEGB

Do those OEGB chicks have white head spots? To me it looks like they all do. Estes doesn't list crele as an option for OEGB I guess. Though if I guessed color on those chicks - I'd have said crele.

Thank you! I don't think I've ever even heard of Crele🤔 I learn something new every day on here! 8,9 and 10 have a white spot on their head with lighter markings (some grey throughout as well) and 1 does not with darker markings.

I'd say crele for the head spot chicks then.
