Bantam Light Brahma - Roo?

I can't figure this one out. To me it looks pullet but its behavior and late feathering made me think roo. I'm new to Brahmas so any help is appreciated.

9 weeks old is my best guess. We have had them for 8 weeks.

I should maybe clarify - the young picture was several weeks ago. Just using it to show slow feathering pattern.

If its 9 weeks, then its a pullet. Wait till 12 weeks to be sure, but I don't think that's a cockerel. Brahmas are slow to mature, but this is my light brahma when she was 10 weeks.

Okay here it is at 14 weeks. I think cockrel and my husband says pullet. Opinions?

Pullet. There's no male saddle feathers, and the comb is nowhere near big enough or dark red enough to be a cockerel.
