Bantam obsession!!

So I wanted to see if I'm not the only one!! All my bantams, OE, BTW's and wyandotte's, all dig holes. They scratch and scratch and scratch till there is a huge hole. There's holes everywhere in the pens.

What's the funniest is, they take bath's in the hole then move on to making another hole.

SO...

is there anyone else out there that has the same problem as me?

parasite check time... and yep... Put some wood ash in the holes or some sevin... that will take care of parasites...Even DE if it is where it won't get wet.

Hmmm...I never thought about that. I have done a parasite check and nothing but when it does come time for dusting everyone it's a mad house.

I'll have to add some sevin in the holes and let them take care of the problem. I just bought DE for the first time so does it take care of the parasite problem as well?
