bantam polish - sex and color?

hi,
i just hatched out a clutch of bantam polish.

i'm utterly in love.

i'm wondering if anyone has any tips on when and how i will be able to sex them. also, i'm curious about what color they will be. some babies are all yellow with a few black dots;the others have yellow bubble caps on their tiny heads, and their bodies are mostly black with some gray and yellow. their butts are yellow and fluffy cute.

i just got in an order of chicks with polish fri morning... the yellow could be buff laced, or white...
the others are either white crested black or white crested blue

If the White ones have Black Spots on them then they could be a Light Slash the others look to be ether White Cap Black or White Cap Blue...
