Bantam Run?

We just got a pair of bantam cochins, and we're planning to add 2 silkies to the family in the next few weeks. I'm planning on building a 3'x5' coop for them, but I was wondering how big the run should be?

I have a small Bantam house that is 4'by 4' with a 4x8 run attached to it that I have been using for a couple of years now with no problems. Hope this helps.

I did have 6 for quite a while now I only have four as I sold one pair. The photos don't have it in them but I do have a small hanging feeder inside the house also. I just wish I had painted the entire inside of the house before I put birds in there. Hindsight

That's why 2nd, 3rd, etc. coops are always better, we learn from our mistakes!! So 4 would fit nicely in a 15 sq. ft. coop? I'm planning on starting construction soon, so our cochins can move outside. They'll be 3 months old on the 6th and the roo crowed for the first time today!
