I currently have 5 hens (1 Roo who is on his way out), all large. I placed an order for chicks with McMurray and have a few bantams coming (cochins, a mille, and silkies) I was originally going to coop them together once they grew out, but suddenly I've been slipping in to my husband that I'm going to add onto the coop and have a screened divider between bantams and larger birds. Just in case, ya know?

He hasn't so no..soooo, I'm going for it!!
My question is about the two White Crested Black Polish chicks I ordered - standard size. Should I keep them with the big girls, or the bantams? I don't want them to be picked on and they aren't as big as say, BO's, BR's, and GLW's, right? I thought that they might "fit in" better with the silkies.

I don't know - just my thoughts. Any insight would be great! Oh, another question - can they all share a run (again, once the chicks are grown) with the big girls?
