Bantams: feather feet, puffy cheeks, porcelain d'uccle?

I was thinking these might be porcelain d'uccles. If not, what else could they be? They were in the feed store 'assorted bantam' bin. One is missing a toenail on each of its lateral toes.

The website of the hatchery narrowed them down enough that I can say they are definitely porcelain d'uccles.

They are so sweet! They just fall asleep in my hand they are so tame from day 1!
