Barnevelder chicks, can you tell sex by their wings?

I've got six cute little Barnevelder chicks that are about 18 days old now. I noticed as their wing feathers started coming in that three have a double row of feathers that taper and three have a single straight row. Does that mean I have 3 roos and 3 pullets? The ones with the tapered wing have also started getting tail feathers but not the others. Take a look and let me know what you think.

I don't know about the wing feathers, but the tail feathers in females usually come earlier then males.
