I have a pullet that looks identical except she has all black legs.

1st looks like black ameraucana pullet, I don't know second breed, maybe leghorn, but looks like 8-10 week old pullet, 3rd looks like bantam ayam cemani mix maybe 10 weeks old or just 6 weeks with all her feathers.
 
Do you believe that black chick is a roo? Only reason I think so is because it’s comb is so red compared the the other chicks.
