Barred Cochin - male or female?

These are 2 of our 3 barred cochins. 16 weeks old (3.5 months) and I think the lighter one is a rooster. Bigger, more defined comb, larger wattle and lighter in color than the other two. Not crowing yet, but certainly lead chicken and a bit more aggressive than the others. Still fairly docile though and lets the kids pick him up...

Thoughts? Is it a he or she??
