Barred Rock chicks.boy or girl?

I have two barred rock baby chicks. They are different ages. Please help sex them.I think chick one is a girl and the second a boy.

If that is two sets of legs with a "black wash" appearance on the front, they are very likely both female.

Can anyone please help, can you tell the gender of these barred rocks? We are totally new Am new at this. We are not sure of their age either.we have had them 21 days now? Thanks.
