Barred Rock guy or gal?

Hi,
A family member purchased two sexed chicks from Wilco this summer. Unfortunately she lives in an apartment and theyre getting bigger and poopier just like the two she got a few years ago did. Who woulda thought? I took those two and it totally changed my life, I'm now a crazy chicken lady and can't imagine life without them. So that's cool
Anyway! Im thinking this is a rooster but I'm no expert. If you can tell , I'd love an answer. Thank you very much in advance.
