Barred rock or holland?

    The following are all barred or cuckoo, and weights given are based on hatchery stock averages, not SOP...

    Rocks are heavier, around 6-7lbs when mature. Straight combs, yellow skin
    Hollands are lighter, around 4-5lbs. Straight combs, white skin. Red earlobes but lay white eggs.
    Marans are heavier, around 7-8lbs. Straight comb and white skin. lay darker brown eggs
    Dominiques are lighter bodied, around 5lbs I think. Rose combs and yellow skin.

    Australorp have pink on the bottom of the feet, Jersey giants are yellow.
