Barred Rock or mutt?

Is the grayish one a true barred Rock? Got him from a feed store. I'm skeptical only because I've never seen that shade on a barred Rock.

Nope. Barred rocks look like the one on the ground.

It might be a blue andalusian.

x2 that the bird by the feeder is likely a Blue Andalusian. If it develops noticeable white ear lobes, it should be that. It is also looking to be a rooster.

Blue Rocks would be pretty rare at a feed store, but Blue Andalusians are often found there.

The bird on the ground is your Barred Rock (black and white striped)...if it has a single comb (can't see in photo).

I bought two barred Rock, two Rhode island reds, and two leghorns.

That's why I was confused. Oh well, a little more color never hurt a flock any.
