Hello everyone. I posted this in the chick section but I'm hoping to reach more eyes. I read the picture guidelines but really only have these for now.
This barred rock pullet (hopefully pullet) is 6 weeks and looking exceptionally lighter than my 4 others. As a chick she had a very pale face in comparison. Is this just some aberrant plumage or is this a different breed? She is BY FAR more chill than the others. She shows the signs of a barred rock pullet, but the white is throwing me off. Ultra new to chickens so I'm not sure. I've read BR roosters are generally lighter overall. But, this bird has the dark wash on the feet, longer tail, squared hackle feathers, etc.
