Barred Rock Pullets?

I have two barred rock pullets I got from craigslist awhile back. They're both now 18 weeks old. However, one has feathers all down her feet and she has brown on her so I'm not even sure she's pure barred rock. But the OTHER one has yellow feet (except for a shadow down the center of each foot) and bright red wattle and comb. They also have a dominant personality and stretch out (presumably to look bigger) when I come in to feed them. Please tell me I'm imagining saddle feathers on them. Please tell me I didn't end up with cockerels instead of pullets.

Edit: Added a pic of the one with brown (don't mind the bedding they got stuck to their beak). Not sure what breed they'd be mixed with.

The one that is white snd black, no brown, is a male- you can see male saddle feathers. The one with brown is not pure.

I say cockerel for both.
I can see the saddle feathers in the first one and the second one looks like it has pointed neck feathers.
They are very handsome!!
