Barred rock rooster?

• Hello, I was hoping someone would be able to tell me if my 4-5 week old barred rock chick is a rooster. I have four different breeds and this is the only BR so I don't have any others to compare it to.

BR cockerel, cute as the dickens but can't make out color of his legs. BR males have yellow legs
