Barred Rock Rooster?

I've been a long-time lurker, but I decided it was finally time to call in the experts for a little help about my 1.5-week old chick. I'm looking at this little one's comb and I'm thinking "rooster." Can anyone here please confirm whether this is a rooster or a hen?
