Barred Rock Sexing

Hi guys! I'm new to chicken raising. I received 2 barred rocks from the hatchery. One was snuck in there but I'm not complaining. So far we love them! They are 4 weeks old. I feel like they're both pullets but I'm not 100% on the untagged one. Any thoughts?
