Hi! New to owning chickens myself, but my husband had them (and just about every other animal imaginable) growing up. We went today and got some "mystery chicks" a woman ordered and sold, and I think I'm almost positive on the breeds of 4 of them, but this she was saying might be a jersey giant, but looking at it is was thinking Barred Rock. We have 2 others who look a lot alike, but have feathered feet. Husband wants a jersey giant, I'd prefer a barred rock lol

Could you post pics of the chicks in question?

Sort of looks like a Barred Rock. I'm not sure what JG look like as chicks, but I thought they looked different.
