Barred Rocks?, Males or females.

    I got two babies about four months ago, they were supposed to be Barred Rock Females, but I have my doubts, I think they might be a mix of barred rock with something else, and I'm afraid they are males.

    All cockerels. There are two pullets in the back in the first picture.

    I agree, all males except the two birds in the background of the first photo. And you're right, those are definitely not barred Rocks. A cross of a Barred Rock and something else, I'd say.

    You're correct, those are mixed breed roosters. One parent was barred, one parent wasn't.

    Agree with the others. All roos. They look like black sex link roosters to me.

    This is an updated picture of Atlas, my Barred Rock Rooster.
    By the way he is a dad now. :)
