barred roo X RIR hens ?

will a cross of a barred roo and RIR hens result in sexable by color chicks?

No. It's the other way around that makes sex-links. If you crossed a RIR roo x barred hens, you'd get black w/ red leakage females and barred males.
If you did the Barred roo x RIR hen, you'd get barred males and females, some of which would have some red/gold leakage, but they wouldn't be sexable at hatch.
