I have 5 guineas 4 are males and one female. Female is sitting on eggs . the other males chase each other all day but now they pick on one and now he has not feathers on his back its right down to the skin . is this normal for this to happen . he will not even go in to roost at night . and he stays away from the others all day. should I be worried ???

I would be. Eventually, he will wander away from the safety of the flock and become someone's dinner.
