    I used to love them until they became my most successful predators. Now I dread seeing them.

    Here is my backyard *friend*

    I also enjoyed the visits to the yard UNTIL I got my chickens and realised the hawk would eat them.Oh those piercing black eyes!!!!!

    I'm supprised I have 'um but haven't had any problems with those birds. I can't figure it out. I guess they know I'll protect my flock.[​IMG]

    The photo is of an osprey, a species that does not attack chickens, just fish :0)

    Even thoug hit is an osprey, it is still a cool picture.
