I have 2 1-year old Polish roosters I am trying to rehome as pets that will be valued flock members and not dinner/lunch/brunch etc. I currently have a ratio of hens to roosters of 14:3. I had ordered 3 Polish hens and got the 3 roosters instead. They were hand raised, and neither has shown any signs of aggression towards people. You can pick them up, with no fuss at all. They are just too hard on my small number of hens. If you are looking for a nice rooster to take care of your hens, these guys will do the job. They both have their moments of sweetness, sitting by the hens, sharing food etc. Please let me know if you are interested and live in Maine/NH/Mass. I will hand deliver them.
