Is it true that if a chicken is move from one flock owner to another that the hen will be set back at her normal breed routine

Sorry, I don't understand your question? Hens normally stop laying for awhile when moved. Chickens hate change and big changes like moving is stressful for them, which can halt or slow down production for a few weeks.
