belly rubs

This might be a dumb question, but can someone please tell me can you flip a baby chick on it's back and belly rub them? Mine seems to not mind, it closes her eyes and tilts her head back.

Sure, as long as you do it gently. Some seem to enjoy it a lot. Others not so much. If your chick likes it then go for it.
