Best breed for showing

    I'm going to get more chickens in the spring and I want a breed to show and looks.

    I think its all a taste thing. I love birds with beards and muffs so that is why I absolutly love Ameraucanas and d'Uccles. My mom on the other hand likes the birds that are really round and clean faced like cochins and orpingtons. So its all what you are more drawn to. My d'Uccles and Ameraucanas show well but you have to work with the Ameraucanas from a young age or they can be a bit flighty. I have one pullet I show alot and she is like a dog! The d'Uccles are a little more laid back but neither of them are overly flighty.

    i really like my buckeyes but i wanted to get some more wyandottes agian the hens were very nice
